My names Madison Greenhouse Jr. A 58 year old married mother of 3. And I am here today to tell you a horror story that happened to residents of an apartment complex. My opinion of the greatest tragedy you can imagine. And a reminder that renting from known slumlords, or cheap apartment complexes can be a dreadful mistake.
It all started in November of 2012 at the Cumberland Apartments in Louisville ran by River City Properties. The manager of Cumberland was taking another job, and was leaving. Now this is where all hell would break loose. River Properties would hire a couple "Tacie Campbell", and "Keith Walker" of Louisville. Tacie Campbell, and Keith Walker a married couple would torture, threaten, assault, slander, lie, abuse, bully, humiliate, breach confidentiality, and violate the residents of Cumberland beyond belief.
Now the hiring of Tacie Campbell and Keith Walker, by River City Properties and Garey Higdon Sr, was not a normal one by any means. Tacie Campbell, and Keith Walker were out of work, and have done a lot of job-hopping. Well Tacie's family in Owensboro, Kentucky knows the Higdon family. Owensboro to Louisville connection. Garey Higdon Sr, Keith Walker, and Tacie Campbell are also PRP alumni. But Tacie's family trying to help the "black sheep" of the family out got together with the Higdon's. And they agreed to give Tacie, and her Husband Keith manager and maintenance responsibilities at the Cumberland Apartments of Louisville. Tacie Campbell never had inexperience in apartment managing before, and Keith Walker only was a maintenance assistance at a Valley Station apartment complex for a few months before being fired. Other then that Keith had no experience at maintenance apartment work either.
Tacie and Keith were in need of money. And out of a favor from Tacie's family, the Higdon's, and several other friends Keith & Tacie were given the job at Cumberland. It was a risky move by Garey Higdon Sr. Tacie & Keith had no experience, he didn't really know them, and was doing this out of a favor. And to help Jobless Keith, and Tacie. They talked about Keith, and Tacie not letting residents know they were married. And to not let Keith, and Tacie's marriage get in the way of their work. Tacie, and Keith swore to the Higdon's they could put aside their feelings for each other, and run the apartment complex in a professional way. Garey Higdon Sr agreed, and as a favor allowed Keith and Tacie to run the complex. River City Properties would train Keith and Tacie on the go. Now going by Trust, River City Properties never drug tested Keith or Tacie, or screened them in any way. Friendship got in the way of business. Little did the Higdon's know. They had just made a terrible, and unprofessional decision.
Background. Tacie Campbell is a heavyset, highly opinionated, loud, very defensive, proud, rude, arrogant, nasty, vile, cruel, projecting her own behaviors onto others, disgusting, vicious, morally corrupt, heartless, liberal, lying, foul, two-faced, superficial, phony, trashy, moody, irritated, seemingly on a never ending period, mean, hateful, and a highly offensive mudshark. Tacie Campbell is the definition of "two-faced". Tacie is one of those rare trashy people who can look anyone in the face without flinching, and tell a lie. She's as phony as a 4 dollar bill. An abrasive, vile, and vicious highly offensive liberal loud mouth. A phony woman who then projects her nastiness onto others. Has no sense of remorse, guilt, and you'd wonder if she's even human. Tacie made it known she hated being at Cumberland, and was only doing it for the money. And that she had never done any like "this" before. She was rude, nasty, vile, and disrespectful to the residents of Cumberland beyond belief. But was quick to switch to "two-faced mode" around her superiors, and put on a phony act around them. Acting as if she was sincere, and nice. When around the residents of Cumberland she was a loud, disgusting, and mean idiot who had no idea what she was doing. A true evil being who only cares about her own "well being".
So you have a recipe or disaster running Cumberland. A heavy Set bleached blonde vile/morally corrupt low self esteem mudshark, and her ghetto/thuggish jackass husband taking over Cumberland. Put together. To tell each other everything. Two low tolerance abusive people are now put together, and have no one to look over them, and are free to do as they please. Both of them with no experience, nasty attitudes, hate being at Cumberland, and only doing the work because they need money. Both of them heartless, unapologetic, boldface liars, cruel, only care about themselves, ungrateful, slanderous people, are now by themselves together without supervision running the Cumberland apartments. The stage is set for horror, and torturing of residents by Keith and Tacie. A defensive mudshark, who sees Cumberland residents as enemies, and get's loud & and nasty with all of them. And tries to convince Keith she's the victim, and the abused one. Projecting her nasty/vile/loud attitude onto the residents of Cumberland. When Tacie is the evil monster abusing the residents of Cumberland, trying to provoke conflict.
Fantasy of Keith & Tacie. Keith, and Tacie's favorite television shows are trutv's trash lineup. Keith and Tacie's favorite shows are Lizard Lick Towing, South Beach Tow, Hardcore pawn, and Operation Repo. Keith and Tacie don't realize that these shows are false. They are fake, and everyone including the customers are actors. It's a show, everythings fake. Everything about them 100% fake. But Keith and Tacie are stupid enough to think these shows are real, and that you're allowed to assault/put your hands on customers, and that what goes on in these shows is real. And Keith and Tacie would always dream of reenacting the show in real life.
As Tacie, and Keith first started in November 2012, immediately everyone's first reaction was that "Tacie" was a mean, nasty, defensive, vicious woman. Everyone's first encounter with Tacie, immediately Tacie would get defensive, vicious, vile, and ready to attack. On Anything. Hot water's not working, Tacie just snaps. Leak, Tacie snaps. Tacie just seems to hate people, and that everyone at Cumberland was a bothersome to her. And that she was the victim, and residents were talking bad to her. She would project her own vile nastiness onto innocent tenants at Cumberland. Tacie's tolerance level for people was just awful. You'd never meet someone as defensive, and disgusting as Tacie. Two-faced as comebe. And she as Garey Higdon Sr, his daughter, the higdon's, her family, and even Keith fooled to some degree. Tacie is the nasty disgusting woman who hasn't the ability to talk to people in a polite manner. An projects her vileness onto innocent polite residents. Two faced habitual liar to the max.
Now this again isn't a normal hire. Keith and Tacie feel they can do whatever they want, because they got this through family, and favor from the Higdon family. That being said the Higdon family trusted Tacie, and Keith. Not knowing what kind of horror they were releasing onto the residents of Cumberland. Keith, and Tacie were never drug tested or screened. Or even background checks by River City Properties. All that was put aside for Keith and Tacie. And Keith felt like he could do anything, there's no way he could get fired. His mudshark got them the job through connection's. You could smell the weed aroma from 30 feet from Tacie and Keith SUV. Keith and Tacie abused drugs on the property, and Keith would eventually smoke weed with different residents.
Now as stated. Tacie keeps telling Keith how "the residents of Cumberland are horrible, they talk so bad to me etc" Tacie is talking to Keith at Breakfast, on the way home. She is crying to Keith "I can't take it, these residents at Cumberland are so bad" Tacie for days is just provoking Keith, and telling him how nasty the residents of Cumberland are. Tacie then claims she wants "around her 24/7 unless he's doing one of horrible maintenance jobs" So the stage is set for a disaster. Tacie day after day is telling her husband how horrible the residents of Cumberland are. When it's Tacie that's the nasty, defensive, disgusting, putrid, trashy, abrasive woman. But Tacie's so nasty, stupid, an idiot, and such a low life she can't see that. It's not the residents, it's Tacie who's the nasty, disgusting, trifling woman. So the stage for horror is set. Tacie now has her husband Keith around her 24/7. And Tacie the mudshark has manipulated Keith (who isn't very bright) into thinking it's a war against the Cumberland residents. So Keith fueled by his nasty mudshark, is now steaming, and on edge. And now is around Tacie all the time. Tacie continues to talk about "how badly the residents treat her", Keith now is jealous, and angry. But it's Tacie who's the nasty disgusting two faced vile woman who hates being at Cumberland, and treats the residents like garbage. But the stage for horror set. And Keith and Tacie are about to wreak havoc on quiet, kind, innocent residents life, and other residents at Cumberland as well.
It should also be noted. That Keith and Tacie as stated were not drug tested by River City Properties. Both them abused drugs on the property, and Keith was a very heavy weed smoker. His Suv, you could smell the weed from a 100 feet away. Literally. So on top of being provoked by Tacie into thinking all the residents are evil. Keith is impaired, has drugs in his system. The stage for horror is set. An what Keith and Tacie are about to do, would make you cringe in horror.
The quietest, the nicest, and most polite resident comes to Tacie at the beginning of the month. He didn't get his rent statement, never happened before. As that resident sees other tenants come to the door asking for assistance, he notices how defensive, loud, and rude Tacie is. But think's nothing of it. Anyways Tacie forgot to hand out residents rent statements. And told the resident he was fine, she was a complete idiot, and cost the man. So he leaves. Couple weeks later, he gives a late notice on his door. So he goes in a calm manner, knocks on the door, Keith opens the door. The Keith heads to back the room. The man sits down, and immediately you can tell Tacie is one of her foulest moods yet, just a miserable person. But in a polite manner, he says "Ms Campbell I didn't get my rent statement, what it be possible if I could have corporate's number to explain this to them" Tacie on a polite request's get's nasty, and disgusting, because Keith is in the room at the time. She just get's nasty, loud, so Keith Can hear. She then says "Well, they aren't even there right now! They won't be able to help you" Then the residents says well " I Can pay my rent, I just was told I was fine" Tacie responds "So can I" (very loud and liberally) And that was it. Keith without warning jumps the man from behind, hits the man in the back of the head, punches him in the face, screaming "mother f**ker you got to get out of here, scratches him in the wrists, and face, causing permanent scars. Keith is screaming "mofo punk get out of here. He shoves him through the door, throws him down the steps, rips off his toboggan, hits him again in the back of the head, and chases him to the mailboxes. The man does a 360 back to the office. Tacie who has been screaming is there saying "keith what are you doing, stop Keith no, no Keith, I can handle this Keith, what the hell Keith, Keith No" And finally Keith stops his rage. What an animal, and trashy human being Keith is. The cleaning lady with a look of shock hands the innocent man his ripped toboggan who is in shock himself. Who has just been violently assaulted by an indecent ghetto black man for no reason at all, out of nowhere, Keith just snaps, and loses his mind. Tacie got loud, and unruly to provoke Keith, and she just happened to choose a clean as a whistle perfect tenant to provoke Keith, and let their rage out on. Their misery, and anger. But I don't think Tacie had any idea Keith would lose his mind, and just flat out assault and innocent man.
Ok open, and shut right? Keith's going to jail, he's going to be escorted off the property, right? Wrong. What Keith, and Tacie do next puts them in the subhuman category. Shows what evil beings Keith & Tacie are. The assault victim of Keith's stutters, and say's to the cleaing lady "call the police". She in shock pulls out cell phone, and says "yeah, hmmm, that was crazy". Then Tacie whose screaming her trifling disgusting head off yells "they'll be at your door". The resident whose in shock, just stutters away from the situation, and goes to seek comfort. Tacie whose trying to get the resident away so she can lie to the police, keep Keith out of jail, and cover up the situation. And to save their jobs. Just as trifling, and disgusting as comebe. The resident is in shock, you can blame him for just leaving the situation. After being assaulted, violated, humiliated, cursed at, and talked to disgustingly by Keith and Tacie. It's only the beginning of torture & Hell Keith & Tacie are about to put this innocent man through. Next up is destroying this man's character, slander, threats, torture, bribes, attempt at eviction, and world of hell. The terror, and suffering this innocent man is about endure from Keith, and Tacie is just getting started. All because Hot-head thuggish Keith lost his mind, and assaulted an innocent man who didn't try to defend himself. In part because of how Tacie got into Keith's head. And started a war between her, and residents of Cumberland. Keith & Tacie torturing of this man is beyond belief. And you'd wonder if they're even human. The reason a disgruntled husband, and wife with no experience should never have been put together to run and apartment complex. Garey Higdon Sr, the Higdon's, Tacie's family of trying to help out the Black sheep of the family, and her ghetto husband. Has just turned into a nightmare for the residents of Cumberland. And the worst part is, Keith, and Tacie are remorseless, unapologetic, and only care about saving face. And covering up what they did, even if that means destroying lives. Dehumanizing individuals with lies in the most unthinkable way.
Ok. The first thing beastly savage Tacie and Keith do is threatening the cleaning lady of getting her fired, and tell her to keep quiet. The cleaning lady knows that Keith and Tacie got the job through family, and friends. So if she talks against them, she feels her job is at risk. So the cleaning lady keeps quiet. Tacie and Keith are then rehearsing what they are going to say to the police. When the police get there Tacie then begins to slander the innocent man beyond belief. She projects her own vile loudness onto him. Tacie put's on a new face. And lies to the police, gives false statements to the police, and disrespects the police officers, and their time. She slanders this man beyond belief saying " I thought he was gonna punch me in the face, he was loud, crazy, a mad man, out of control lunatic. I've never down this job before officers, I'm only doing it because we need the money. I don't want that man up to officer ever again. She slanders that man every way possible, with lie after lie. What a phony disgusting, just sickening woman. All to save their jobs, jail time, and embarrassment from letting her family, and the Higdon's down. And showing that Keith & Tacie couldn't work together. So Keith and Tacie have just assaulted, slandered, dehumanized, belittled, humiliated, scarred, cursed at, and destroyed an innocent mans life. Who did nothing but ask for corporate's number to explain to them that he never recieved his rent statement. In a nice calm manner. And Tacie saw that Keith was in the office, so she got loud for no reason to provoke him. But she never imagined Keith Would snap, and attack and innocent who sitting down calm as come be for no reason at all.
So the Police then talk to the man, and they immediately side with him. "We can tell she's covering up something, it's what we've been trained to do, they then repeat everything Tacie, said back to him. lie after lie from disgusting Keith & Tacie" The police laugh, encourage him to take out a warrant, they even have a drink together, and the police leave.
Now the resident is in shock, nothing of such low class savagery has ever happened to him. By two low class people with no values, concern, or heart. The man is in shock, disbelief, and is trying to figure out what just happened. He has injuries, and he is in disbelief. An indecent black man just attacked him whose supposed to be the new maintenance man for absolutely no reason. Nothing. An that man was police, helped other tenants, and would never even get in an argument with anyone. Just assaulted by a vicious, trashy, disgusting couple for no reason. Keith and Tacie were looking for an easy target to take their misery out on. To abuse, slander, and trash his life. An complete their hardcore pawn/ lizard lick towing fantasy. Two animals that never should have been put together, two intolerant grumpy disgusting people. It get's even worst for the man. So being assaulted, slandered to the police, and in complete shock and unable to eat. Tacie, and Keith don't quit there.
So a couple hours later, another tenant comes in, and calls Tacie out. She was apparently nasty, and disgusting with this man. An apparently he just went off on disgusting Tacie, wasn't taking her vileness. Word has it that this man told off Tacie, and let ker know how he felt. I guess karma happened to Tacie. This is where the innocent man get's slandered again. Tacie, and Keith now try to falsely tie the innocent man to this "man" who just told nasty Tacie off. The innocent assaulted man has never seen this man, talked to this man, or had any relations with this man. But Keith, and trashy Tacie are now convinced that the assaulted man, ordered this "man" to go up and tell Tacie off. But the assaulted/abused man never said a word, or has even seen the man in his life. And Vile Tacie, and Keith are now telling the Police, and all the residents of Cumberland that the "assaulted man" must have said something to the man who just came up, and told Tacie off. Keith and Tace are convinced that the assaulted man just had this "man" come up and tell Tacie off. They tell it to all the residents, the owner, the Police, and everyone else. So on Top of being assaulted, slandered, dehumanized, and abused by Keith and Tacie for no reason. Keith and Tacie are falsely stating that the assaulted man sent some guy up to tell them off. You can't write this stuff. The assaulted man has never seen, spoken to, or had any relations to this "mystery man". Whatsoever. But Keith, and Tacie are now slandering the assaulted man beyond belief. Now acting as if the assaulted man is mob leader, who can snap his fingers, and have random guys obey his command. When the assault/innocent man is the nicest, most caring guy you will ever meet. Help you pay your rent, kind, gentle, and honest.
So far. Keith and Tacie has cursed out, assaulted, slandered, lied to police, slandered the man to residents of Cumberland, and have now falsely accused the man of sending some guy up to tell Tacie off. Which is a complete, and utter lie. No such thing ever happened. But in Keith, and Tacie's sick mind they are now slandering the man beyond belief? Could it get any worst for the innocent man, having the worst day of his life. Assaulted, tortured, and humiliated beyond belief by a disgusting couple trying to cover up their dirty deed. It get's worst. Wait till to you see what happens next.
Can you imagine, and innocent man violently assaulted by a disgruntled couple. Who just randomly chose him to take their misery out on, cursed out & dehumanized, slandered to the police, slandered to the residents of Cumberland, and everything the man built, his reputation his standing at the complex, ruined. And the now morally corrupt, and evil two faced couple try to evict the man. And settle on a 14 day notice. Because River City Properties, and Garey Higdon Sr went on friendship. And tried to do Tacie, and Keith a favor. And Tacie and Keith thought they were immune to rules, standards, and could do whatever they wanted. Keith & Tacie and their problems have rocked the Cumberland community. And it's just gotten started. And Garey Higdon Sr could have fired them, but he turned the blind eye, didn't listen to residents, cries for help, and refused to believe the horrors Keith & Tacie were committing at Cumberland.
So next. Keith and Tacie couldn't get the innocent man evicted, So Tacie walks right up to the mans door, he's standing there, doesn't look him in the eye, and shoves a 14 notice right on his door. So vile, disgusting, putrid, nasty, evil, filthy, and rotten this woman is.
Now the assault victim has contacted River City Properties, is begging Garey Higdon Sr for help, asking anyone to help him. Reporting what Keith, and Tacie have done. Repeated phone calls to River Properties. Nothing, not a response. They just leave the innocent man to be tortured, threatened, abused, and bullied by Keith and Tacie. Garey Higdon Sr, his daughter, and everyone at River City Properties turn the blind eye to the man, and other tenants at Cumberland. And let Keith, and Tacie get away with assault, and don't even respond to constant complaints from residents. River City Properties was well aware of the assault, but refused to act. Only listening to Keith and Tacie's trifling defensive obnoxious disgusting cover up of the incident.
Back at Cumberland Keith and tacie form a team of Mules. That they send to different residents doors to threaten them, and pass messages. Literally Keith, and Tacie are sending different residents to threaten and pass along messages to different tenants. Unreal, almost as if Keith, and Tacie see running Cumberland as a movie. Keith, and Tacie are now bad mouthing all of the residents, to different residents. Breaching confidentiality beyond belief. What in the hell is going on at Cumberland? Who are monsters Keith, and Tacie that suddenly appeared to wreck the lives of tenants at Cumberland ? Now, and Keith, and Tace are talking to all the different residents of Cumberland, about residents of Cumberland. They're getting on the computer scanning the files of different residents, checking their profile, and sharing it with other residents. Oh my god this can't be happening. Keith, and Tacie are giving new meaning to "Breaching confidentiality". Keith and Tacie talk about all the residents, release info about residents to other residents. Totally invade the privacy, and protection of all the residents at Cumberland. The most unprofessional, stupid, inexperienced, careless, brain-dead, crooked retarded couple of wickedness are running Cumberland.
Meanwhile residents are crying to the maintenance line, begging for help, trying to contact Garey Higdon Sr to alert of the horrors Keith & Tace are doing at Cumberland. Heroic efforts are taking place at Cumberland to stop the cruelty Keith & Tacie are inflicting on residents. Almost as if Keith & Tacie are sadistic monsters of evil that enjoy seeing people suffer. And the power they feel from it.
Meanwhile back to the innocent assaulted man. He to is calling River City Properties begging for help. Keith, and Tacie find out about it. They then send different tenants to his door to threaten him, bully him, threaten eviction if he calls the maintenance line anymore, and even Keith starts to threaten eviction, and physically threaten him. Keith acting like a total thuggish indecent slimeball. Throughout the remainder of Tacie, and Keith's tenure of Cumberland they proceed to threaten, abuse, cover up their assault on him, torture, humiliate, and ruin this man Never showing any remorse, empathy, compassion, guilty, nevertheless apologizing for what they did. Keith, and Tacie only interested in their well being, and cover up their terrible actions, and keeping the residents quiet on what happened. Truly evil remorseless people.
Keith also begin to tell all the residents, that he would no longer tolerate male tenants being alone with Tacie. Whenever a male tenant was with Tacie, Keith insisted he had to be in the office. He'd stop a maintenance job (Which he was horrible at) to rush back to monitor the situation. Keith began to insist on being around his vile, basket-case mudshark 24/7. Acting like a 15 year old jealous boyfriend, ready to assault anyone who even looks at disgusting Tacie. Completely jealous 24/7 of his vile Tacie. Keith then let all of the residents of Cumberland know that he was Tacie's "bodyguard". An that he would put hands on anyone who "caused her stress" He also told police that he was her body guard. It was a truly a trifling situation two people in their 40's acting like teenagers, and living out a fantasy. Absolutely disgusting, and the whole time Tacie is encouraging Keith to act this way, and enjoys it. PURE EVIL, trashy as it get's. Eventually though it got out that Keith, and Tacie were married. Explaining the reason why Keith insisted on never leaving Tacie's company, why Tacie lied for him 24/7 and vice versa, and why Keith and Tacie were so corrupt. Keith & Tacie's secret was revealed. Completely destroying the promise they made to the Higdon's of putting their feelings aside to run the apartment complex professionally.
Though the abused man could of got Keith locked up, and Tacie, and Keith fired. But he left the scene, he was in such shock, abused in such a way he just had to get away. And left Keith, and Tacie alone with the police so save their skin, and face. It's easier said then done. Keith should have been arrested for assault, and Tacie arrested for giving false statements to police, and encouraging and assault. But the man walked away in shock, and foolishly allowed Keith and Tacie a shot to get away with what they did.
The end of Keith, and Tacie's torturing. For 5 and half months Keith & Tacie have abused, threatened, tortured, assaulted, lied about, humiliated, slandered, dehumanized, and treated the residents of Cumberland like they were trash. Projecting their own disgusting behavior onto the residents of Cumberland. Keith was a disgusting, thug acting like a 15 year old. Tacie was a nasty, loud, vile, liar, slanderous, disgusting low class human being. They put out their own misery on the residents of Cumberland. Two hateful people who hated being at Cumberland, and got the job through family.
But it was all coming to an end. Eventually Keith and Tacie's lies caught up with them. Only a matter of time. Garey Higdon Sr began to realize that what the residents had been saying was true. But most importantly Tacie, and Keith began to lie to Garey Higdon Sr about issues he confronted them with. During Keith, and Tacie's tenure they were both big pitbull fanatics.. They broke the lease by allowing, and encouraging every resident to own a pitbull. Eventually all the apartments were being torn up by large breeds, mainly pitbulls. The dogs begin to roam freely at the complex, and wreak havoc on the complex. The dogs begin to terrorize the residents. Tacie, and Keith would watch pitbulls run freely off leashes, and use the bathroom everywhere. The lawn became infested with dog-crap everywhere, Like Cambodia with land mines. Tacie lied to Garey Higdon Sr saying the dog were already there prior to her arrival, and badmouthed the previous kind hearted manager. Tacie, and Keith began to lie to Garey Higdon Sr about everything, and Cumberland apartments went to hell beyond belief. Drug use by Keith, and Tacie at the complex became evident, and eventually it became clear what sub-human classless individuals Keith and Tacie were. And finally Tacie, and Keith were fired. Which brought a sigh of relief to everyone at the complex. And brought an end to Keith, and tacie's sadistic torturing of residents.
Summary. River City Properties going by friendship to Tacie Campbell's family, and friends. Did a favor, which turned out to be a disaster, and put residents of Cumberland through hell & mistreatment. River City Properties endangered the safety of all it's residents by putting a disgruntled couple, and a jealous provoked husband around it's tenants. An evil sadistic apartment manager. An when alerted to the assalts, threats, and horrors are Cumberland. River City Properties ignored the residents, did nothing, and allowed Keith & Tacie to continue their actions. Refusing to believe they made a mistake, and going by friendship as the reason Tacie & Keith were hired to help them out. Residents at the hands of Keith & Tacie suffered so much terror and suffering you can't even begin to imagine. Garey Higdon Sr, and River City Properties made a horrible error in judgement. In hiring two individuals out of work, and place a disgruntled husband and wife together to run a complex without supervision. A basket case, and a thug, terrible combination that could only lead to disaster. Keith, and Tacie treated the residents like scum, hung up on residents, slammed doors in faces, talked down to them, were disgusting to the residents, projected their own nastiness onto the residents, were abusive to the residents, always in a disgusting mood, assaulted residents, and wreaked havoc on the lives of many residents of Cumberland. Keith, and Tacie breached confidentiality beyond belief, were emotional wrecks that couldn't deal with the pressure of running the complex. And completely unfit for the job. Two individuals that should never have been at the complex. Two nasty, vile individuals. Tacie being the eviler of the two. But all of Keith, and Tacie's horror could have been stopped much earlier. Garey Higdon Sr never listened to all the cries for help from residents, turned his blind eye on the tenants, and allowed Keith and Tacie to torture, assault, and wreak havoc on residents for 5, and a half months. Keith, and Tacie did things to tenants you couldn't even begin to imagine. Garey Higdon Sr refused to believe he made a mistake in hiring Keith, and Tacie and it cost residents dearly. Tacie, and Keith took a chance Garey gave them, and spit all over it. Tacie embarrassed her family, and everyone else Letting them down. A true blacksheep was given a chance out of pity, and proved why she is a "black sheep". In the end Keith, and Tacie showed they have no compassion, or remorsed, and are heartless individuals who only care about their own well being. Only worried about covering up their terrible actions, not making things right, and apologizing for a terrible behavior. In the end though it caught up with Keith, and Tacie. And they were eventually fired. Something that should have been done long ago.
This has been another thought, and opinion from the country Gal Madison Greenhouse Jr. I feel this story must be told, because as a mother it pains me to see such injustice happen to good folks. This story is also a reminder that renting from poor apartment complexes can lead to disastrous consequences. And a warning to apartment seekers to stay away from uncaring slumlords who only care about dollar signs, and could careless about the well being of their residents. You never know what might happen to you, if you rent from the wrong place. As a mother It paints me to see good folks suffer. And as a mother I couldn't imagine if anything like that happened to my children. Let this be a lesson to be very careful when selecting to rent from someone.
